
Made myself a veggie sandwich on toasted Sprouted Bakehouse 7-Grain bread. No condiments, just spring greens, red onion, tomatoes, and half of a buttery avocado. Ice water and a peach complete this healthy lunch. Yum!

Made myself a veggie sandwich on toasted Sprouted Bakehouse 7-Grain bread. No condiments, just spring greens, red onion, tomatoes, and half of a buttery avocado. Ice water and a peach complete this healthy lunch. Yum!

Tummy grumbling… That looks so good.
It sooooo was. I had it like 3 days in a row.

Avocado was butter before butter was cool.
I haven’t figured out a way to put the avocado on the popcorn yet, so I think I’ll have to stick with all of the above! Pastured, local butter, of course.
